The numbers
Not another AI tool.
Every figure comes from a forecasting engine applied to each client's own books. AI only helps with words, and never calculates or changes a number.
Rules applied to the books
- The same books always give the same forecast
- Every number traces back to QuickBooks
- No AI in any calculation
Where AI helps, and only there
- Explains items that look like one-offs: you decide whether they repeat
- Writes the summary in plain words: every number in it is checked against the forecast
Privacy
Your clients' books stay theirs.
- Read-only connection
- Each client connects through Intuit's own sign-in. RightTick only reads QuickBooks; it never changes anything there.
- Each person sees only their clients
- The database itself keeps every workspace to its own clients, and a client guest to their own forecast.
- Tokens locked away
- The sign-in tokens Intuit gives us are encrypted separately. Two-step sign-in is there for anyone who wants it.
- AI sees only what it needs
- The forecast's headline numbers and the unusual items it checks. Never the full ledger.
Questions
Asked by CFOs, answered.
Can I share the forecast with my client?
Yes, two ways. Email it from the forecast's page, with the Excel workbook attached, to up to five addresses at a time. Or invite the client as a guest: they sign in and see only their own company's forecast.
Can I edit the Excel?
Yes. The download is an ordinary Excel file. Change amounts on the By category sheet or the safety buffer on Weekly cash, and the cash, the safety line, the flags and the charts all follow, through live formulas. You can also change weeks in RightTick itself; the file marks the weeks you changed.
Is client data safe?
Each client connects through Intuit's sign-in, and RightTick only reads their books. The tokens are encrypted, and the database lets each person see only the clients their workspace gives them. Two-step sign-in is available. Disconnect a client at any time; everything read from their books is deleted 30 days later. The privacy policy has the details.
Can my team use it?
Yes. Invite people to your workspace as editors, who can change forecasts, or viewers, who can only look. Clients can be invited as guests who see only their own forecast.
What will Pro cost?
Pricing will be announced soon. Everything on this page that works today is free during the beta, and people on the early-access list hear about Pro pricing first.
